Back in Feb. 2016 I was rear ended and took my car to your Buford collision center. JC took care of my car and had great customer service. I was very happy with my car.
A few weeks ago I noticed my bumper was buckling on the top and thought that my bumper that was replaced was bad, so I took it back to Rick Hendricks Collision center, where Rick and JC helped me, again I cannot say how GREAT their customer service was. My bumper come to find out was in fact bumped again and I just wasn't notified about it!
I HIGHLY recommend anyone who is looking to have their automobile repaired take it to Rick Hendricks Collision in Buford. They have been awesome in customer service and they make the process very smooth and easy! Thank you, Rick, JC and Rick Hendrick!

These days, it is impossible to find a place where the manager will actually come out and speak to you, just because that is the right thing to do. I'm writing to compliment your company and bring to your attention the amazing service we received from JC related to work we had done recently on our 2006 Pontiac Solstice. Being 10 years old, the car needed a "refresh" to get back her like new appearance. Since this would be paid for by us out of pocket, we were looking for a shop that could work within our budget and get us the biggest value for what we were willing to spend. JC rose to the challenge and provided us with a variety of options and cost saving ideas. He was in constant communication over the two week project and even texted us some in-progress photos so we could follow along. In the end, thanks to JC's help, we were able to replace the battered and misaligned front bumper, have all dings and dents removed, refresh the entire paint job, and have a clear paint protection film applied to the bumper, hood, and door edges. Even the headlights received a polishing to restore their brightness. As a customer, we really appreciate the attention to detail and flexibility of working with a shop that isn't simply going through the motions according to a script of services. JC provided a customized level of service that will have us coming back again. In fact, in a week or two, we will be bringing our 2009 Pontiac G8 GT in for the same treatment.

I damaged the quarter panel and tail light of my car when I was backing out of a parking lot. Since I don't know that much about cars and mechanics, I figure my best chance is to shop around and hear different opinion. I sought quote from various certified shops around Atlanta before I come to Jean-Claude (JC) of Hendrick Buford Collision Center for help. Most of other vendors suggest repairing ¼ of the entire vehicle, which will cost me a fortune. JC on the other hand provided me with honest assessment of the damage. He provide me a range of options that suits my budges and give his personal opinion on what must be repaired, and what can be just touched up. I really appreciate JC professional but personal opinion in the sense that he doesn't suggest unnecessary repairs. I was able to tell this because the necessary repairs he suggested are all suggested by others. When I delivered my car for repair, he also took time and effort to arrange somebody to send me back. Considering the distance between downtown Atlanta and Buford, that is one big favor! Moreover, he was able to replace the tail light with OEM parts with just aftermarket pricing. Finally, JC was able to find an engineer who previously worked with the manufacturer of my car (MB) to work on my case. The technician Kevin knows a lot of about MB. My experience working with JC couldn't be better. I feel really lucky I was able to find them and feel that I'm in good hands.
Kevin helped restore my car to its original appearance. I couldn't tell there is any difference between what it is right now and what it is before. It is like a magic. Moreover, JC also did me a favor by helping me buff out some of the scratches on the sides of the car caused by rock chips. I'm very glad that my car is back to its original shape. I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you for your support and persistence in returning my 2003 Chevy Corvette to body running order. As you know, my auto accident took quite a toll on the Corvette ($ 9,500 plus), and at one point as I observed it in its torn-apart condition, I wasn't sure if it would ever be the same. Thanks to you and your team, it looks and runs better than ever. Doug Newsome was incredible through the entire process. I was truly impressed with his knowledge of my automobile, his negotiation skills with the insurance company and his ability to "get things done" in a professional and timely fashion. He is a result-oriented individual, a gentleman to work with and a most effective communicator with all parties concerned. I can see how Doug's skills and potential has elevated him within this organization, I'm sure he will continue.
